Mr. Vikram Chachra, COO & Managing Partner, Eight Capital
Mr. Chachra is the COO and managing partner of Eight Capital, an India focused distressed and high yield FII fund. Eight Capital has led restructured deals worth over $500 M in India over the last 5 years. He started his career at Banco Santander's proprietary fixed income trading division in London. He is a management graduate from NYU (Stern) and XLRI with Bachelors in Commerce from Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

Mr. Vivek Chachra, Director – Corporate Learning (India & Middle East), Harvard Business Publishing
Vivek manages Harvard Business Publishing’s Corporate Learning business in India and Middle East. Vivek has worked extensively with organizations across Asia Pacific and Middle East regions in helping them articulate and operationalize their human capital strategy while ensuring strong alignment to business needs. Vivek’s expertise lies in the areas of leadership and management capacity development and creating high performance culture in organizations. He has partnered with clients across sectors such as government services, banking and financial services, telecom, real estate and infrastructure. Through his career Vivek has worked with leading organizations like Hewitt Associates, Arthur Andersen and Reliance Petroleum. Vivek is a Chemical Engineer with a Masters in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Mr. Nandik Mallik, Independent Consultant
Mr. Mallik earned his B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2003; Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata in 2005 and Masters in Finance from London Business School in 2009. He was awarded the prestigious Masters in Finance Alumni Scholarship in London Business School for outstanding academic performance. He is currently managing his own quant-strategies. Most recently, between May-2011 to Nov-2012 he was employed as a fund manager-Equities & PMS at Edelweiss Asset Mgt. Prior to that between March-2009 to Oct-2010, he was employed by Credit Suisse, London in their Structured Products division. Prior to that, he worked in the Commodities trading division at BNP Paribas, London. Mr. Mallik began his career with Fair Isaac Corporation, Bangalore where he worked as a consultant for the Banking and Financial sector.
